At Sam Bat, the Original Maple Bat Corporation, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your unused stock bat or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all heat-shrink wrapping intact; please note that custom bats and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Contact Customer Service
Email our support team at support@sambat.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our facility; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
